Preparation and action
Wear full body armour- Mount horse
- Take javelin from squire
- tuck under right arm firmly
- point straight ahead
- pull down visor
- give whooping battle cry
- kick horse into a gallop
- pound down the turf
- Now narrow focus
- aim for target rider
- aim for his head or chest
- aim to knock him off his horse
- duck his javelin which is aiming for you
End Results
- You are alive
- You are alive but battered and muddy
- You are mortally wounded
- You are dead
- He is alive
- He is alive but mortally wounded
- He is dead
You win some you lose some eh?
