It truly is Summer in the City today. Here we are again for a blast of ozone from some amazing poets, not least yourselves - those of you bringing your one poem, your Opus Magnifique for our Open Mic section.  Can't wait to hear your lovely work.

Remember to keep your mouth 6 inches or less from the mic -we ALL want to hear your lovely words - even at the far back.

Open Mic 1st half – anyone can read one poem, sing a song – put your name on the list before the start. 2nd half – featured local poets.

NOT A BAD WORD - MARCH EVENT Wed 20th @7.15 pm.

 

On Wed eve, March 20th it's the Spring version of Not A Bad Word.  Instead of hearts (last month's Valentine theme) it's flowers or Easter bunnies or whatever you like - you can follow the theme or jump off somewhere else.

 There's Open Mic so you can bring a poem or a piece of music or just bring your wonderful selves along for a fun night out of listening to some lovely words. We've got a great line up of some very special performers. Do come.

 Not a Bad Word returns - our local monthly evening of poetry and music at The Crouch End Picturehouse - on Feb 21st at 7:15 p.m. a week after Valentine's Day - with poems about LOVE 💓💔💕💖💗💘💝😍😍 in any shape or form - not just romantic - could be about love of nature, parents, friendship, beauty or could be about the absence of love or loss of love 💔😥😥😥 - whatever you need to express - bring a poem for the open mike - or sing a song.  And then listen to our great line-up of experienced performing poets in the second half.
